The only home inspection you can TRUST is from a neutral Third-Party Home Inspector Licensed General Contractor

Buying a home is probably the biggest investment you will make. When you buy a home it is required to be inspected and you will learn what needs to be fixed for your home to be brought up to building code standards. Some sellers will agree to fix the items, some will not. The inspectors that are hired by Realtors are NOT NEUTRAL parties. Their business is reliant upon the Realtors that hire them and refer them. They are conditioned to NOT find all the faults of the home. They are not allowed to give advice or tell you how much necessary repairs will cost.

We are a neutral third-party with no skin in the game. We work for you. We are looking out for your best interests. We will give you an idea of what repairs or renovations will cost and give you guidance on how you can do some or all of the work yourself. If you don't want to do the work, we can also provide full-service bids.

Questions we can answer during our inspection and consultation:

How much will it cost to remodel the kitchen or bath?

What if we do the work ourselves?

Can I remove a wall? Is it load-bearing?

How much will it cost to replace the windows?

How much would cost to add a retaining wall? Build a fence?

How bad is that crack in the foundation?

How much is it to replace, add, move, or upgrade our electrical?

How can I tell if the plumbing is ok?

What the heck is a back flow valve and why do we have to add that now?

How much would it cost to replace the roof?

Can we add a granny flat or accessory dwelling unit to the backyard?

Can we turn this garage into a livable space?

Can we move the washer and dryer?

Is it really necessary?

What are the consequences if we do/don't?

Is it possible to do it ourselves?

What will it cost us?

What should we do now and what can be done later?

Will my roof support solar?
