Garden house made from architectural salvage
Here is a lovely greenhouse / garden house that I designed and built using repurposed windows and doors. I poured the slab, built custom screens, and two Dutch doors, and added the roof. Turned out to be a lovely place for my client to entertain.
Ground up / new build
Graded the land. Laid the foundation. Framed the walls.
Progress
Walls are up. Roof is on. Doors and windows are ready to go in.

Second-story addition and major home remodel
“Drew handled an addition project that doubled my house’s, poured a concrete slab, and re-plumbed all my cast iron sewerage to PVC. They have my highest recommendations. Engineered vinyl plank floors, new cabinets, granite countertops, new island, two stainless sinks, under cabinet lighting (camera makes it look yellow, it is not). (Also note the vent cover had not been attached before this pic).

Removed a couple walls, raised the ceiling. Turned a 6' x 8' kitchen into a 16' x 18' open design.

“Andrew installed all the windows in my house. The rear of the house originally had 2 6 foot sliders with a 2-foot wall in between them. Andrew suggested a one 12 foot slider that opened from the center to the sides. Not only was it a GREAT IDEA! Andrew made sure to put extra support in the attic for the center for extra support. He also installed a new entry door on the side of the house. His knowledge and experience is outstanding.
